1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of this website and any professional services Tamarack Analytics agrees to provide under a separate statement of work, proposal, or engagement letter. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.
2. Services
Tamarack Analytics provides consulting and delivery services such as environmental analytics and reporting support, business intelligence and data analytics, and custom software where scoped. Unless expressly agreed in writing, information on this website is general in nature and not professional advice tailored to your situation.
3. No guarantee of outcomes
Analytics, models, and recommendations depend on data quality, assumptions, and external factors. We do not guarantee specific business, regulatory, or financial outcomes. Regulatory and legal interpretations may require qualified legal or regulatory counsel.
4. Fees and payment
Fees, expenses, invoicing, and payment terms are set out in your engagement documentation. Any demo checkout or payment UI on this site is illustrative unless explicitly connected to a live payment processor and a signed agreement.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, client-owned data remains yours. Deliverables, pre-existing materials, and generic methods may be licensed or owned as stated in your contract. You may not remove notices or misuse our name or logo without permission.
6. Confidentiality
We treat non-public information you share in the course of an engagement in line with our Privacy Policy and any confidentiality terms in your agreement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tamarack Analytics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from use of the site or services except where such exclusion is prohibited by law. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a given engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement in the six months preceding the claim, unless your agreement states otherwise.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the contract. We may suspend or terminate access to the website or communications that violate these Terms or applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date will change; continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for website use.
